Restore opened new tab Internet Explorer
This
page also contains a checkbox "Don't show this page again"
and if you select it while clicking on "Close"
button, IE7 will no longer show this page. Instead it'll show a blank
page whenever you open a new tab.
Surprisingly,
there is no option given to re-enable it anywhere in IE settings.
Today in this tutorial, we'll tell you how to restore this page:
1.
Type regedit in RUN dialog box and press Enter. It'll open
Registry Editor.

Now goto following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\TabbedBrowsing

In right-side pane, you'll see a DWORD value "ShowTabsWelcome".
Either
change its value to 1 or delete it.
4.
That's it. Now IE7 will start showing "You've opened a new tab"
page again.
